24H Series - Spa Francorchamps - 2022
This is one we had been looking forward to for a while. We have been lucky to work at many amazing circuits around the world but one of the major ones still eluded us, that was until last weekend, Spa Francorchamps. We made it there in time for the street parade into Malmedy on the Thursday before the race which was great to see. This was also the first weekend we took part in the track walk, we had to make to make to most of seeing this famous circuit up close. The cars then returned from the parade, while we were doing the track walk, that was entertaining….
The Ferrari from WTM looked fast throughout practice and qualified on Pole Position, followed closely by the Bas Koeten Bentley in second and the CP Racing Mercedes AMG in third. After the first 5.5 hours of the race and going into the overnight break, it was CP Racing that held the lead, with the WTM Ferrari in second and the Audi R8 from Phoenix Racing in third. These three jostled for the overall win during the remaining 6.5 hours of the race on Sunday, with Phoenix Racing finally taking the top honours.

3 - WTM Racing - Ferrari 488 - 57.022 seconds
