FIA Motorsport Games GT-Sprint - Paul Ricard - 2022
With the GT-Cup race over and done with on the Saturday, Sunday was the day for GT-Sprint. The Cup race had a driver change half-way through, the Sprint was a single driver, start to finish, still an hours race. Matt Campbell got an early lead from Pole-Sitter Dries Vanthoor and led to the chequered flag. Mirko Bortolotti had a great race with some good battles to move up from 5th on the grid to 2nd at the finish. Having lost the early lead, Vanthoor crossed the line in 3rd.

With the 2022 Motorsport Games over, it was announced during the closing ceremony what we will have to wait until 2024 for the next instalment, in Valencia. Already looking forward to it…..
