The first one of these illustrations that Chris did was “Brooklyn Bridge” (above-left) as a gift for his wife. As people saw it a few commissions came in and it went from there. He has done a few animal variations like the Kingfisher above but the most popular design so far has been “Scarborough Castle” (above-right).
Chris’s illustrations come from a combination of qualifications in both graphic design and architecture, the most recent being a Master in Architecture from Leeds Metropolitan University. This passion for architecture has influenced his more recent work which incorporates more urban areas and the use of perspective to enhance the images.
As well as these landscape images, Chris also has a range of automotive and motorsport work, please see more of that here.
